媒体融合时代科技期刊青年编辑知识结构模型的质性研究

摘要: 【目的】 构建媒体融合时代科技期刊青年编辑的知识结构模型,分析知识结构构建的影响因素和路径,为科技期刊青年编辑的成长成才提供指导。【方法】 基于扎根理论的质性研究方法,以15名科技期刊青年编辑为研究对象,通过半结构化访谈,试图构建媒体融合时代科技期刊青年编辑的知识结构模型。【结果】 编码结果显示,科技期刊青年编辑的知识结构模型包括专业领域知识、内在因素激发、外在压力倒逼、提升路径探求、学习资源支撑五大主范畴。【结论】 建议不断完善科技期刊青年编辑知识结构:一方面,通过内在因素激发和外在压力倒逼不断激发科技青年编辑的学习动力;另一方面,不断拓宽科技期刊青年编辑学习专业领域知识的路径,丰富资源。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to construct a knowledge structure model for young editors of scientific journals in the era of media convergence, analyze the influencing factors and pathways of knowledge structure construction, and provide guidance for the growth and development of young editors of scientific journals. [Methods] Based on the qualitative research method of grounded theory, 15 young editors of scientific journals were selected as research subjects. Through semi-structured interviews, an attempt was made to construct a knowledge structure model for young editors of scientific journals in the era of media convergence. [Findings] The coding results show that the knowledge structure model of young editors of scientific journals includes the following five main categories: professional domain knowledge, internal factors of motivation, external pressure inversion, exploration of pathways for improvement, and learning resource support. [Conclusions] It is suggested to continuously improve the knowledge structure of young editors of scientific journals. On one hand, internal factors and external pressures should be used to stimulate the learning motivation of young editors of scientific journals. On the other hand, it is necessary to constantly broaden the pathways for young editors of scientific journals to acquire knowledge in their professional fields and enrich available resources.
