摘要：

【目的】 分析高校开展科技期刊集群化建设的需求、难点以及可行性,为高校与期刊的协同发展提供参考。【方法】 依据目的抽样原则选取北京某高校的科技期刊编辑和管理者进行个人深度访谈。基于主题框架法分析不同人员对期刊集群化建设的意向和观点。【结果】 高校科技期刊编辑和管理者有期刊集群化建设需求,但其认为期刊人员配置、学者办刊模式以及办刊习惯方面的问题会阻碍期刊集群化进程。【结论】 高校应在不改变期刊办刊习惯和学者办刊模式的前提下建立期刊中心,通过增强期刊人员配置、统筹选题布局、整合宣传推广等途径循序渐进地实现科技期刊从传统出版、单刊出版向集群化出版的转型升级。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This article aims to analyze the needs, difficulties, and feasibility of journal cluster construction in universities, providing suggestions for collaborative development between universities and journals. [Methods] Personal in-depth interviews were conducted. Editors and managers of the scientific journal of a university in Beijing were selected based on the purposive sampling principle. Personal intentions and opinions on journal cluster construction were analyzed using the thematic framework method. [Findings] Editors and managers of scientific journals in the university have a demand for journal cluster construction, but they imply that issues such as journal personnel, scholar publishing models, and publishing habits will hinder the process of journal clustering. [Conclusions] A journal center should be established by the university, without changing journal publishing habits and scholar publishing models. Several attempts should be made in terms of enhancing journal personnel, coordinating topic selection, and integrating publicity and promotion, so as to achieve the transformation of scientific journals from traditional and single journal publishing to cluster publishing gradually.
