摘要：
【目的】 了解目前国内护理类科技期刊编辑出版中的作者服务需求,并提出针对性建议。【方法】 采用质性研究中的焦点团体和半结构访谈法,于2023年3—4月对该类作者群进行调研,了解其服务需求。【结果】 通过整理分析,提炼出护理类科技期刊编辑出版中作者服务的3类7项需求主题,分别为基础服务(4项)、专项服务(2项)和延伸服务(1项)。【结论】 通过质性研究的方法,了解护理类科技期刊编辑出版中的作者服务需求,并提出改进建议,提升作者的服务体验,并以此稳定和扩大作者群体,助力护理类科技期刊高质量发展。

Abstract:
[Purposes] This study aims to understand the authors' service demands in the editing and publishing of nursing journals in China and put forward targeted suggestions. [Methods] The methods of focus groups and semi-structured interviews in qualitative research were used to survey the service demands of nursing journal authors from March to April in 2023. [Findings] The service demands of authors in editing and publishing of nursing journals are extracted into 3 categories and 7 classes, including basic services (4 classes), special services (2 classes), and extended services (1 class). [Conclusions] On the basis of the qualitative research on the service demands of authors in the editing and publishing of nursing journals, suggestions are put forward to improve the service experience of authors, so as to stabilize and expand the author group and facilitate the high-quality development of nursing journals.
