摘要： 【目的】 深入研究国内外典型科技期刊出版集团的国际化发展历程和实现策略,总结出可供我国科技期刊出版界借鉴的经验。 【方法】 通过文献查阅和网站调研,获取Springer和科学出版社国际化发展方面的文献及数据,进而分析总结其在国际化发展中体现出的特点,在此基础上为国内科技期刊出版集团国际化发展提出相关建议。 【结果】 Springer和科学出版社的国际化发展在4个方面存在不同,包括发展程度、发展目的、面临的发展环境以及创新引领角色;同时,其国际化发展在12个方面存在相似之处,例如均重视与国际同行合作、均设立了海外分支机构、均选择走数字化发展道路等。 【结论】 国内科技期刊出版集团可学习Springer和科学出版社的国际化发展经验,并且重点从明确国际化发展定位、打造国际化出版品牌、加强与国外同行的合作、注重技术和理念创新、加强出版服务能力建设等5个方面开展国际化建设。

Abstract:
[Purposes] This paper aims to study the internationalization development process and implementation strategies of typical scientific journal publishing groups in China and abroad and summarize the experience that can be used for reference by the scientific journal publishing industry in China. [Methods] Through literature review and website research, this paper obtained literature and data on the internationalization development of Springer and Science Press. Then it analyzed and summarized their characteristics in the internationalization development, from which the paper put forward relevant suggestions for the internationalization development of scientific journal publishing groups in China. [Findings] In terms of internationalization development, Springer and Science Press are different in four aspects, including the development degree, development purpose, development environment, and innovation leading role. At the same time, they have similarities in 12 aspects, such as attaching importance to cooperation with international peers, setting up oversea branches, and choosing the path of digital development. [Conclusions] The scientific journal publishing groups in China can learn from the experience of internationalization development of Springer and Science Press. They should focus on five aspects to realize international construction: clarifying the positioning of internationalization development, building international publishing brands, strengthening cooperation with peers in other countries, emphasizing technological and conceptual innovation, and strengthening the construction of publishing service capabilities.
