摘要：

【目的】 深入分析“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”选育高水平办刊人才子项目-青年人才支持项目的研究成效,旨在为支持青年编辑人才的基金项目的管理改革提供参考。【方法】 基于2020年度和2021年度项目产出的研究论文,从论文数量、论文主题、被引情况等角度总结相关论文的特征。【结果】 检索到的102篇论文主要发表于《中国科技期刊研究》《编辑学报》等领域内顶尖期刊,研究主题多样但受到项目发布方预设主题影响,来自“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”其他项目的项目负责人数量虽有所增加但占比并不高。【结论】 建议基金项目管理部门优化项目管理、加强成果推广和深度参与项目实施。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the research performance of the young talent support project of Excellence Action Plan for China STM Journals, so as to provide a reference for reforming the management of fund projects that support young editorial talent. [Methods] Based on the research papers produced by the project in 2020 and 2021, the characteristics of the relevant papers were summarized from the perspectives of the number of papers, topics of papers, and cited frequency. [Findings] The retrieved 102 articles are mainly published in top journals in the field, such as Chinese Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals and Acta Editologica, with diverse research themes, but they are influenced by the pre-determined themes of the project publishers, and the number of project leaders from other projects in the Excellence Action Plan for China STM Journals increases but does not account for a high proportion. [Conclusions] It is recommended that the fund project management department should optimize project management, strengthen the promotion of results, and deepen participation in project implementation.
