摘要:
【目的】 探索如何借助审校软件开展中文科技期刊术语审读,为提升术语审读质量和效率提供参考,为实现机器审读和人工审读有机结合提供路径,为建立常态化的术语审读模式提供思路。【方法】 对2021年10种科技期刊的术语相关差错情况做回顾性调查,采用机器审读和人工审读相结合的方法,充分利用审校软件优化审读工作模式;采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,对比不同软件审校结果,遴选适用于术语审校的高效软件。【结果】 审校软件能有效减少工作量,保证工作质量的一致性,在若干类型错误的检测方面具备优势,但各软件效果不一,人工审核不可或缺。【结论】 最大限度地利用审校软件和提升审校软件性能是提升术语审读效率、扩大术语审读规模的重要保障。

Abstract:
[Purposes] This study explores how to carry out terminology reviewing of Chinese scientific journals assisted by proofreading software, so as to provide a reference for improving the quality and efficiency of terminology reviewing, a path for the organic combination of machine reviewing and manual reviewing, and ideas for the establishment of a regular mode of terminology reviewing. [Methods] A retrospective investigation was conducted on the errors related to terms in 10 scientific journals in 2021, and a combination of machine reviewing and manual reviewing was adopted to optimize the working mode of reviewing by making full use of proofreading software. Quantitative and qualitative analyses were used to compare the reviewing results of different proofreading software, and the efficient software suitable for terminology reviewing was selected. [Findings] The proofreading software can effectively reduce the workload, ensure the consistency of work quality, and has advantages in the detection of several error types. However, the effects of software are different, and manual audit is indispensable. [Conclusions] It is important to make full use of proofreading software and improve their performance to improve the efficiency of terminology reviewing and expand the scale of terminology reviewing.
