摘要：

【目的】 分析不同学术影响力的综合类/专科类期刊栏目建设和专题策划的差异化情况,从突出相关学科期刊差异化发展的视角,探索综合类科技期刊有效避免不良竞争、与相关学科期刊共赢的高质量发展途径。【方法】 根据《中国科技期刊引证报告》中期刊学术影响力情况和中国知网的期刊栏目发文引证数据,以处于不同学术影响力水平的老年医学相关学科的8种专科类和综合类期刊为研究对象,纵向(不同学术影响力期刊)和横向(综合类与专科类期刊)分析比较期刊栏目建设和专题策划的差异情况。【结果】 学术影响力较高的4种期刊中,综合类和专科类期刊的栏目发文量排名、篇均被引频次排名差异较大;学术影响力较低的4种期刊中,综合类和专科类期刊的差异较小。在不同学术影响力期刊中,专题类、特色类栏目是促进差异化的重要栏目;学术影响力较低的4种期刊的指南共识类发文的学术质量有待加强,专题数量和选题质量需要继续提高。应通过降低相关学科期刊间共有专题比例,关注选题综合性、专业性、连续性,以及与国家重要课题结合等加深差异化程度。【结论】 医学综合类科技期刊需要提高栏目统筹管理水平、加强特色类和专题类栏目建设、注重指南共识类文章的学术质量,从差异化视角推动期刊学术影响力提升和可持续健康发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the differentiation of column construction and special topic planning among comprehensive/specialized journals with different academic influences. From the perspective of highlighting the differentiated development of journals in related disciplines, this paper explores the high-quality development approach to effectively avoid adverse competition and achieve win-win outcomes with journals in related disciplines. [Methods] Based on the academic influence of journals in China Science and Technology Journal Citation Report and the citation data published by the journal column of CNKI, eight comprehensive and specialized journals of geriatrics-related disciplines in different academic influence levels were taken as the research objects, and the differences in column construction and special topic planning were analyzed and compared longitudinally (journals of different academic influence) and horizontally (comprehensive and specialized journals). [Findings] Four journals with high academic influence have a higher degree of differentiation in ranking of volume publication and article citations, while four journals with low academic influence have a lower degree of differentiation. Special topic and characteristic columns are important columns to promote differentiation in different academic journals. For four journals with low academic influence, the academic quality of guidelines/consensus needs to be strengthened, and the number and quality of special topics need to be further improved. We should deepen the degree of differentiation by reducing the proportion of shared topics among relevant disciplinary journals, focusing on the comprehensiveness, professionalism, and continuity of topic selection, and integrating with national major projects. [Conclusions] To promote the academic influence and sustainable and healthy development of journals from the perspective of differentiation, comprehensive medical scientific journals need to effectively manage different columns, strengthen the construction of characteristic and special topic columns, and pay attention to the academic quality of guideline/consensus articles.
