摘要：

【目的】比较国内外一流期刊在出版运营、稿件质量、国际化及影响力等方面的差异,了解我国一流期刊建设的成效及与国外一流期刊的差距,为国内科技期刊发展和世界一流期刊建设提供参考。【方法】 以《中国科协高质量科技期刊分级目录》中金属材料领域T1级英文期刊为研究对象,通过网络调研和对比分析相结合的研究方法,分析国内外一流科技期刊的差异。【结果】 国外一流期刊的创刊年份和被国际重要检索系统收录的年份更为久远。与国外一流期刊相比,国内一流期刊虽然发文总量少,但发表高水平论文较多;我国学者为国外一流期刊贡献了较多高水平论文和引用影响力;从引用指标看,国内一流期刊的学术影响力已领先于国外期刊,但社会影响力明显偏弱;国内一流期刊的国际化程度与国外一流期刊相比存在较大差距。【结论】 我国一流期刊不仅要提高学术影响力,还要提高社会影响力;既要关注影响力指标,也要关注论文创新性,并在“小而精”的基础上向“大而强”转变。

Abstract:

[Purposes] To compare the differences in publishing operations, manuscript quality, internationalization, and influence between domestic and foreign first-class journals, understand the effectiveness of first-class journal construction and the gap with foreign first-class journals, and provide reference for the development of domestic scientific journals and the construction of world-class journals. [Methods] Taking T1 level English journals in the field of metal materials listed in the China Association for Science and Technology High Quality Science and Technology Journal Classification Catalogue as the research object, in this study, we analyzed the differences between domestic and foreign first-class scientific journals through network investigation and comparative study. [Findings] The year of the establishment of foreign first-class journals and the year of being indexed by the international important retrieval system are even older. Compared with foreign first-class journals, although the number of publications is less, domestic first-class journals publish more high-level papers; Chinese scholars have contributed numerous high-level papers and influential citations to top foreign journals; From the perspective of citation indicators, the academic influence of top domestic journals has surpassed that of foreign journals, but the social influence is obviously weak; There is a significant gap in the internationalization level of domestic first-class journals compared to foreign first-class journals. [Conclusions] The construction of first-class journals in our country not only requires improving academic influence, but also enhancing social influence. We need to pay attention to both influence indicators and paper innovation, and transform from “small but refined” to “large and strong”.
