摘要：

【目的】 梳理预印本平台与期刊融合发展中的困境和解决思路,为预印本平台和期刊融合发展提供一套可资借鉴的创新性实践样本,为后续同类型平台的建设、运营与优化提供切实可行的参考指南。【方法】 采用文献调研与个案研究的方法,指出预印本平台与期刊融合发展中面临的观念和认知、版权和利益、质量控制和评价体系、资金和运营、技术和平台方面存在的问题,并以“中国音乐期刊网·预印本平台”为案例,剖析了解决思路及其创新性实践。【结果】 通过借助合作期刊品牌影响力、完善平台规范性文件、初审筛选与同行评议相结合、探索资金来源多元化、充分利用数字化技术5种途径来解决目前困境,并从内容呈现、社交互动与协作功能、智能分析推荐与搜索系统优化、打造全媒体传播矩阵4个方面进行数字化探索与实践。【结论】 中国音乐期刊网在学科类知识集群、期刊集群、数字化发展方面的创新性实践,是当前期刊走出发展困境的一种大胆且有益的尝试,为许多对预印本平台持观望态度的期刊注入了强大的信心和动力,也为探索中国特色预印本平台建设之路做出了很好的示范。

Abstract:

[Purposes] The study aims to sort out the dilemmas and solutions in the integrated development of preprint platforms and journals, and provide a set of innovative practice samples for reference in the construction, operation, and optimization of similar platforms in the future. [Methods] By using the methods of literature review and case study, the authors pointed out the existing problems in the integrated development of preprint platforms and journals, including those in the aspects of concepts and cognition, copyright and interests, quality control and evaluation systems, funds and operations, as well as technology and platforms. Taking China Music Journal Network·Preprint Platform as a case, the authors analyzed its solutions and innovative practices. [Findings] The current dilemmas can be addressed by leveraging the brand influence of partner journals, improving the platform’s regulatory documents, combining preliminary screening with peer review, exploring diversified sources of funding, and making full use of digital technologies. Moreover, digital development exploration and practice can be carried out in four aspects, that is optimizing content presentation, enhancing social interaction and collaboration functions, improving the intelligent analysis, recommendation, and search systems, and building an all-media communication matrix. [Conclusions] The innovative practices of China Music Journal Network·Preprint Platform in the clustering of discipline-based knowledge and journals, as well as in digital development, are undoubtedly a bold and beneficial attempt for the current journal to get out of its development predicament. The practical results have injected strong confidence and motivation into many journals that have been taking a wait-and-see attitude towards preprint platforms and have also played a good exemplary role in exploring the path to building preprint platforms with Chinese characteristics.
