摘要：

【目的】 探讨科技期刊在“四个面向”战略下提升内容质量的对策,为我国科技期刊提升内容质量且更好地服务于科研提供建议与参考。【方法】 结合学科、地域、学术影响、产业支撑、语种、办刊历史等因素,选取国内在“内容质量优、产业影响大、产业效益高”等方面具代表性的24种科技期刊作为推荐对象进行调研。通过案例征集、访谈、研讨会等方式,归纳总结其在“四个面向”战略下提升内容质量的实践经验。【结果】 “四个面向”战略下中国科技期刊提升内容质量的实践经验总结为:第一,面向世界科技前沿,树立一流科技期刊发展战略;第二,面向经济主战场,推动科技期刊产业健康发展;第三,面向国家重大需求,提供适合国情的战略咨询和解决方案;第四,面向人民生命健康,共享科技成果红利。【结论】 要以国家战略引领期刊发展,以期刊战略引领内容质量建设;以战略问题为导向,提升期刊解决问题、服务国家和社会发展的能力,夯实一流期刊发展基础;以“四个面向”引导编辑出版工作,办出刊物特色,走出可持续发展之路;以“四个面向”引导专家把代表性成果发表在中国的代表性期刊上。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the countermeasures for improving the content quality of scientific journals under the "Four Orientations" strategy, providing suggestions and references for scientific journals to improve the content quality and better serve scientific research in our country. [Methods] By considering factors such as discipline, region, academic influence, industry support, language, and publishing history, 24 representative scientific journals in China that excel in content quality, industry influence, and industrial benefits were selected for research. The real experiences and cases of improving content quality in journals under the "Four Orientations" strategy were summarized through case collection, interviews, seminars, and other methods. [Findings] The practices and experience for improving the content quality of scientific journals under the "Four Orientations" strategy can be summarized as follows: firstly, focusing on the forefront of world science and technology to establish a development strategy for first-class scientific journals; secondly, focusing on the main battlefield of the economy to promote the healthy development of the scientific journal industry; thirdly, addressing major national needs by providing strategic consultation and solutions that are suitable for the national conditions; fourthly, focusing on the people's lives and health to share the dividends of scientific and technological achievements. [Conclusions] We should lead journal development guided by national strategies, with journal strategies guiding the construction of content quality. We should focus on strategic issues to enhance journals' ability to solve problems and serve the development of the country and society, thus consolidating the foundation for the development of first-class journals. Furthermore, we should use the "Four Orientations" to guide editorial and publishing work, develop distinctive publications, and embark on a path of sustainable development. Finally, experts should be guided to publish representative achievements on representative journals of China guided with the "Four Orientations".
