摘要：
【目的】 从科学家视角出发,揭示我国科技期刊在吸引优质稿源方面面临的挑战,为提升我国科技期刊办刊水平,吸引更多高水平论文在我国科技期刊上发表提供参考。【方法】 采用问卷调查法,分析影响科学家重要成果发表的客观因素、主观因素以及对我国科技期刊的主观认知等。【结果】 影响科学家选择期刊发表重要成果的客观因素主要来自于机构实施的科研评价指标,关键性主观因素主要包括科研同行对于期刊的认可度以及同行评议的公平性、高效性等。此外,科学家在向中外期刊投稿的过程中获得不同的投稿体验。【结论】 科学家对我国科技期刊的认可度不高,参与国内期刊建设的积极性和专业性有待进一步提高。通过向科学家宣传最新期刊政策、为科学家提供优质服务、提升办刊人专业化水平以及加强政策支持等措施,可提升科学家参与我国科技期刊建设的积极性和规范性,对于提升我国科技期刊吸引高水平论文的能力具有推动作用。

Abstract:
[Purposes] This paper aims to reveal challenges that Chinese scientific journals are currently facing in attracting high-quality papers from the perspective of scientists, thereby providing references for improving the level of scientific journals and attracting more high-quality papers to be published in Chinese scientific journals. [Methods] Using the questionnaire, this paper analyzed the objective and subjective factors affecting scientists to publish their important papers in Chinese scientific journals. Meanwhile, the subjective cognition of these scientists in Chinese scientific journals was analyzed. [Findings] The objective factors affecting scientists to publish their important papers mainly are scientific evaluation indicators implemented by their institutions. The key subjective factors mainly include the recognition degree of scientific research peers for the journal, as well as the fairness and efficiency of peer review. In addition, scientists have accumulated different experiences of contributing to Chinese and international journals. [Conclusions] Scientists' recognition of Chinese scientific journals is not high, and their enthusiasm and professionalism in participating in the construction of Chinese journals need to be further improved. Through measures such as disseminating the latest journal policy to scientists, providing high-quality services to scientists, raising the level of professionalism of publishers, and strengthening policy support, it can be helpful to improve the enthusiasm and standardization of scientists for the construction of Chinese scientific journals, which has a driving effect on improving the ability of Chinese scientific journals to attract high-level papers.
