摘要：

【目的】 探索新创英文期刊的办刊策略,为创办世界一流期刊提供参考。【方法】 利用网络渠道梳理2021年“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”高起点新刊项目资助期刊(以下简称“高起点新刊”)的基本信息和运营情况,总结其共性办刊模式和个性发展举措。【结果】 以高起点新刊为具体案例,总结归纳新创英文期刊在精准定位、精细分工、精诚合作、精心策划、精密布局、精巧运营等方面的办刊经验及举措。【结论】 新创英文期刊要充分发挥内部优势和把握发展机遇,采取适合的办刊策略,加快影响力提升。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the strategies for operating new English journals and provide references for establishing world-class journals. [Methods] The basic information and operation situation of the High Starting Point New Journals of Excellence Action Plan for China STM Journals in 2021 were sorted out by the internet, and their general modes and individual development measures were summarized. [Findings] Taking High Starting Point New Journals as specific cases, this paper summarized the experience and actions of new English journals in precise positioning, fine work distribution, sincere cooperation, careful planning, accurate layout, and delicate operation. [Conclusions] New English journals should give full play to their internal advantages, seize development opportunities, adopt appropriate strategies to run journals, and accelerate their influence.
