编码理论视角下学术期刊短视频编码策略研究

Encoding strategies for short videos of academic journals based on encoding theory

摘要:

【目的】学术期刊与短视频的融合发展模式可以进一步促进学术信息的交流和科学知识的传播,使学术期刊承担起使命与社会责任。【方法】引入霍尔编码理论,采用内容分析法,对部分现有学术期刊短视频内容及结构进行分析,从内容重构和符号运用的角度给出学术期刊短视频编码策略,并辅以已取得一定传播效果的学术期刊短视频做例证。【结果】指出学术期刊短视频传播中存在的问题,并从主题选择、叙事方式、叙事风格,文字符号、声音符号、图像符号6个方面提出编码策略,以期提高学术期刊短视频浏览量。【结论】“学术信息+短视频”的传播方式已然成为学术内容广泛传播的新机会,可以扩大学术信息的传播范围,增强学术期刊的影响力。学术期刊从业人员应牢牢抓住这一机会,尝试将新方法运用到学术期刊传播中,以增加知识服务工作的多样性。

Abstract:

[Purposes] The integration of academic journals and short videos can further promote academic information exchange and knowledge dissemination, allowing academic journals to better serve the society. [Methods] The content and structure of some short videos of academic journals were analyzed based on Hall's theory of encoding and decoding with content analysis method, and strategies for producing short videos of academic journals were presented from the perspectives of content reconstruction and symbol use, with effective short videos as examples. [Findings] We summarizes the challenges in the dissemination of short videos of academic journals and proposes strategies in aspects of topic selection, narrative method, narrative style, text symbols, sound symbols, and image symbols, hoping to improve the views of the videos.[Conclusions] The "academic information+short video" method has emerged to be effective for the dissemination of academic content, which can expand the dissemination and enhance the influence of academic journals. Academic journals can make full use of this method to diversify the knowledge service.
