Construction of the value chain of knowledge dissemination in academic journals in digital age

摘要:

【目的】基于数字技术赋能构建学术期刊知识传播价值链,为促进学术期刊转型升级提供理论参考。【方法】在现有研究基础上结合“2-3-6”模型对学术期刊知识传播价值链进行相应调整,从内容、渠道、增值服务3个环节对学术期刊知识传播价值链进行系统分析,构建数字时代学术期刊知识传播价值链结构模型。【结果】数字技术的迭代更新为学术期刊知识传播价值链构建提供了新的思路。内容链(加工处理与多维呈现)可看作是一个从内容制作到内容营销的价值创作过程;设施链(边界消弭与融合共生)可实现学术期刊内部与外部传播环境的融合共生;增值服务链(体验价值与交互效应)从用户需求、知识产品开发、再生产、应用与反馈等方面提升学术期刊服务质量。【结论】在数字时代背景下,学术期刊应用理性逻辑思维和感性认知体验来审视传播背后的机遇和挑战,不断优化学术期刊知识传播价值链,以提升学术期刊知识传播效能。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Based on digital technology enabling, this paper constructs the value chain of knowledge dissemination of academic journals to provide theoretical references for promoting the transformation and upgrading of academic journals. [Methods] Based on the existing research, the value chain of knowledge dissemination of academic journals was adjusted combined with the "2-3-6" model, and the value chain of knowledge dissemination in academic journals was systematically analyzed from three aspects of content, channels, and value-added services. The value chain structure model of knowledge dissemination in academic journals in the digital age was constructed. [Findings] The iterative update of digital technology has provided new ideas for the construction of the value chain of knowledge dissemination in academic journals. The content chain (processing and multi-dimensional presentation) can be regarded as a process of value creation from content production to content marketing, the facility chain (boundary elimination and integration and symbiosis) can realize the integration and symbiosis of internal and external communication environment of academic journals, and the value-added service chain (experience value and interaction effect) improves the service quality of academic journals from user needs, knowledge product development, reproduction, application, feedback, etc. [Conclusions] Under the background of digital age, academic journals should examine the opportunities and challenges behind communication with rational logical thinking and perceptual cognitive experience, and continuously optimize the value chain of knowledge dissemination in academic journals to enhance the effectiveness of knowledge dissemination in academic journals.
