摘要:
【目的】 在服务转型背景下,为提升出版服务能力,打造学术期刊全程化知识服务生态闭环,寻求学术期刊知识服务良性循环与可持续发展之路。【方法】 通过生态隐喻和系统构建法,构建学术期刊全程化知识服务框架,并在明确学术期刊全程化知识服务现状与问题的基础上寻求优化策略。【结果】 基于学术期刊知识服务对象不同层次的知识服务需求,循序渐进地构建学术期刊知识“生产—传播—应用—反馈”全程化服务系统。【结论】 进行对学术期刊全程化知识服务的深度思考,可助力学术期刊服务转型和出版服务能力提升,提升学术期刊知识服务影响力和增值能力,推动中国学术出版事业高质量发展。

Abstract:
[Purposes] In order to improve the ability of publishing services in the context of service transformation, we created a closed-loop whole-process knowledge service system for academic journals, hoping to boost the virtuous circle and sustainable development of knowledge service of academic journals. [Methods] The whole-process knowledge service framework of academic journals was constructed with ecological metaphor and system construction method. Then, we analyzed the status quo and problems of the whole-process knowledge service of academic journals and optimized the framework. [Findings] According to the knowledge service needs of different service objects, we develope the whole-process service system of "production→communication→application→feedback" of academic journals. [Conclusions] The in-depth thinking of the whole process of knowledge service of academic journals can help enhance the transformation of academic journal service, improve publishing service ability and the influence and value-added ability of academic journal knowledge service, and promote the high-quality development of China's academic publishing industry.
