摘要：

【目的】 为突破我国英文科技期刊国际发行瓶颈,建立自主科技成果传播平台,实现从“借船出海”到“造船出海”的转变,为建设“世界一流”科技期刊提供参考。【方法】 总结并分析我国科技期刊和国际出版集团的发展现状,剖析我国英文科技期刊发展的局限,找出关键所在,提出解决策略。【结果】 提出“分合式出版”模式的设想,并分析国际发行平台建设和发展中可能出现的问题,给出相应的对策。【结论】 我国科技期刊发展到新阶段,面临英文科技期刊“借船出海”的困局,基于“分合式出版”模式建设国际发行平台或是破解之道,成为“造船出海”的有效途径。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to establish our own international dissemination platform of scientific and technological achievements to break the bottleneck of the development of English scientific journals in China, thus providing references for the construction of world-class scientific journals. [Methods] We analyzed the development progresses of our scientific journals and foreign publishing groups and the limitations in the development of English scientific journals in China. We also tried to find out the key problems and put forward our solutions. [Findings] We propose the mode of separation-cooperation publishing, analyze the possible problems in the construction and development of international dissemination platform, and give the corresponding countermeasures. [Conclusions] The mode of separation-cooperation publishing might be the effective settlements of the limitations in the new stage of our English scientific journals. The construction of our own international dissemination platform will be helpful for our English scientific journals to get more excellent scientific research papers and disseminate more excellent papers from journals of all over the world.
