摘要： 目的 了解目前中国英文科技期刊与国际出版商合作情况,为中国英文科技期刊与国外出版商合作办刊提供参考与指导。方法 选取具有典型代表性且占中国期刊合作办刊市场份额较大的国际知名商业出版集团、全球领先的专业学协会出版社和著名的大学出版社作为分析对象,分析出版商的主要概况及与中国英文科技期刊的合作情况。结果 国外出版商主要为抢占我国高质量的学术资源,而我方主要为借助国外成熟的专业化出版平台,以快速走向国际化。双方的合作内容主要为网络平台搭建、期刊出版质量提升、国际宣传推广、期刊发展战略支撑等。结论 我国英文科技期刊在与国际出版商合作办刊中存在诸多问题,国家相关部门应该发挥管理、引导、服务作用,建立政策引导机制及期刊合作办刊交流平台,共享合作经验。期刊编辑部应该制定期刊发展战略,结合自身学科特点及期刊可持续发展规划,寻求最适合自己的合作伙伴,切忌盲目跟风。同时期刊编辑部在国际合作过程中,应该学习国外的先进办刊理念、出版平台搭建技术、发行渠道搭建经验、国际宣传策略,从而实现搭建我国自主化的国际出版平台及品牌。
Abstract: [Purposes] This paper aims to learn more about the cooperation between the domestic English scie.pngic journals and international publishers, and to provide reference and guidance for follow-up cooperation. [Methods] Taking international famous commercial publishing groups, world-leading professional association publishers, and famous university publishers as analysis objects, which were typically representative and accounted for the most market share of Chinese journal cooperative publications, we investigated their main profile and cooperation with English scie.pngic journals in China. [Findings] The main purpose of international publishers is the preemption of high quality academic resources, while the main purpose of domestic journals is using the professional publishing platform to rapidly move toward internationalization. The cooperation mainly includes the construction of network platform, the improvement of academic quality of manuscripts, international publicity and promotion, and the support of journal development strategy. [Conclusions] There are many problems in the co-operation. Relevant departments should play the role of management, guidance, and service, and establish policy guidance mechanism and exchange platform which can share the experience of cooperation. In order to seek the most suitable partner, the editorial office should formulate development strategy with combing its own discipline characteristics and sustainable development plan. At the same time, in the process of international cooperation, we should learn the advanced publication idea, publishing platform building technology, distribution channel building experience, and international publicity strategy to build an independent international publishing platform and brand in China.
