摘要：

【目的】研究级联同行评审模式的发展趋势,探讨其对期刊出版行业的影响。【方法】广泛搜集整理级联同行评审信息及文献,通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法分析级联同行评审的发展历史和现状,探讨级联同行评审对期刊行业的促进作用和自身局限性。【结果】级联同行评审对加速稿件发表、集约审稿资源、创建期刊集群、防止稿源外流、降低期刊运行成本等具有显著的促进作用。此评审模式有较好的发展空间,已在多个国际大型出版集团中应用。【结论】级联同行评审改变了作者投稿策略和投稿模式,对国际稿源的流向将产生深远影响。级联同行评审对我国打造国际顶级期刊和有国际影响力的期刊群、争夺稿源的发布权和学术引领地位具有积极意义,可作为发展我国科技期刊稿件共享的参考模式。

Abstract:

[Purposes] The study is to survey and analyze the development of the cascading peer review and discuss its impact on the publishing industry of journals.[Methods] We extensively collected and organized the cascading peer review information and literatures, analyzed the development history and current status of cascading peer review through literature data method and logical analysis method, and discussed the promotion effect and potential limitations of cascading peer review to journal publishing. [Findings] Cascading peer review has a significant role in accelerating the publication of manuscripts, integrating review resources, creating journal groups, preventing the outflow of manuscripts, and reducing journal operating costs. Such a review mode has great application perspectives, and has gradually been adopted by some international publishers. [Conclusions] Cascading peer review has changed the author's submission strategy, and will have a profound impact on the international flow of manuscripts. Cascading peer review would be used as references for the construction of top academic journals, the development of manuscript sharing mode, and the construction of internationally influential journal groups in China, and compete for the publishing rights and academic leadership.
