工程科技战略咨询论文质量提升策略研究——以《中国工程科学》为例

摘要:

【目的】 工程科技战略咨询期刊建设的突破口在于论文质量提升。探析相关论文的专有属性、提炼共性特征并形成稳健出版机制,促进工程科技领域战略性、前瞻性研究成果的学术传播。【方法】 基于战略咨询研究层面,辅以领域经典论文剖析,解读相应论文的学术出版特质并明晰学科属性;凝练工程科技战略咨询论文的共性特征并以框架结构、内容要素的形式进行呈现,用于稿件初评(编辑)、写作提升(作者);构建工程科技战略咨询论文的质量保障机制,兼顾学术规范性和出版灵活性,契合工程科技战略咨询研究实际。【结果】 在工程科技战略咨询论文的出版实践中,工程领域专家学者的认可度、期刊引证指标的增长情况均良好,体现了相应论文质量提升的成效。【结论】 工程科技战略咨询期刊作为综合类科技期刊的子类,其发展过程具有案例研究价值。提升论文质量以适应期刊高质量发展要求,对于发文学科宽泛的综合类科技期刊尤为关键。规范为先、适度灵活的论文质量保障机制是综合类科技期刊可持续发展的重要支撑。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Paper quality is the key to the development of journals that publish strategic research papers in the field of engineering science and technology. This article aims to analyze the specific properties and common characteristics of strategic research papers and create a robust publishing mechanism to promote the communication of strategic and prospective research outcomes in this field. [Methods] Based on strategic research and the analysis of classical papers in the field, the publishing characteristics of typical strategic research papers were analyzed and the disciplinary attributes of these papers were clarified. Moreover, their common characteristics were summarized and presented via a frame structure and content elements, thereby providing a reference for preliminary assessment (by editors) and writing improvement (for authors) of the papers. A quality assurance mechanism that considered both academic standards and publishing flexibility was established, which accorded with the strategic research practices in the engineering field. [Findings] The strategic research papers are well recognized by experts and scholars in the engineering field and journal citation indexes rise, indicating the paper quality has been improved. [Conclusions] The cases for the development of strategic research journals, a subcategory of comprehensive scientific journals, shall be studied. Improving the quality of papers is particularly critical for the quality development of a comprehensive scientific journal that covers a wide range of disciplines. Establishing a standard-first, moderately flexible paper quality assurance mechanism is an important approach to maintaining the sustainable development of comprehensive scientific journals.
