摘要:

【目的】 探讨科技期刊培育青年学者的模式与路径。【方法】 以《自动化学报》(英文版)为例,结合培育目标、培育对象、培育内容和培育方式4个要素,系统阐述青年学者培育模式及路径。【结果】 首先,从期刊发展规划全局明确培育目标,制订相应遴选标准,定位培育群体。然后,采用一对一访谈形式调研培育对象需求,有针对性地凝练培育工作的重点内容。最后,以期刊资源为支撑,通过编委会与编辑部联动协同共筑培育路径。【结论】 该培育模式与路径促进青年学者培育对象能力的提升,推动期刊培育青年学者工作的有效开展,可为科技期刊培育青年学者提供参考。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper discusses strategic modes and paths of cultivating young scholars via scientific journals. [Methods] Take IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica as an example, we expounded the strategic modes and paths of fostering young scholars in terms of cultivation objectives, recipients, content, and methods. [Findings] First, based on the overall development plan of the journal, the cultivation objectives are defined, and recipients are selected according to corresponding criteria. Then the needs of the recipients are investigated by one-on-one interview and targeted cultivation content is determined. Finally, via the journal resources, the editorial board and the editorial office work in a cooperative way to implement cultivation plans and paths. [Conclusions] The cultivation modes and paths can enhance the capabilities and skills of young scholars and facilitate scientific journals to implement the cultivation programs, thus providing a reference for scientific journals to foster young talents.
