摘要:
【目的】“科技期刊学术论坛”是中国科学院文献情报中心于2022年首次举办的关注期刊发展与影响力提升的期刊领域专业学术会议。对本次会议专家报告进行总结与梳理,形成比较完整的综述内容,为科技期刊研究人员和从业人员提供参考与借鉴。【方法】从各主题版块出发,按各版块关注的主要问题与挑战、提出的方法、建议或举措对“科技期刊学术论坛”20余位专家报告进行综述。【结果】作为首届举办的学术盛宴,专家报告全面覆盖当前科技期刊发展领域面临的影响力提升和评价问题。【结论】面对新发展环境下的挑战,科技期刊应当更加注重质量建设,提升内涵,从期刊评价的实质出发进行质量建设,融入知识服务平台,提升影响力。

Abstract:
[Purposes] "Scientific Journal Academic Forum" is the first professional academic conference in the field of journals held by National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2022, which focuses on the development and influence enhancement of journals. This paper aims to summarize and sort out the expert reports of this conference to form a more complete review, so as to provide references for researchers and practitioners of scientific journals. [Methods] Starting from each topic section, this paper summarized more than 20 reports from the "Scientific Journal Academic Forum" in terms of the main issues and challenges concerned by each section, methods, and suggestions or measures. [Findings] In the "Scientific Journal Academic Forum", as the first academic feast, the reports comprehensively cover the current issues of influence enhancement and evaluation in the field of scientific journal. [Conclusions] In the face of the challenges in the new development environment, scientific journals should pay more attention to quality construction, enhance the connotation, improve quality from the essence of journal evaluation, integrate into knowledge service platforms, and enhance their influence.
