摘要：

【目的】有效的同行评议能加速成果出版、学术交流与科学传播。为加快科学交流,我国期刊出版界应改进评审制度。【方法】通过文献调研法,分析基于同行评议的论文评审制度存在的问题。以国际著名生物医学类期刊eLife的最新出版模式eLife assessment为研究对象,分析其特点、优势和不足。【结果】eLife assessment可实现对现有论文评审制度的变革,公开同行评议内容,恢复作者自主权,实现论文发表后的互动评论和随时修改。【结论】我国的期刊出版业可借鉴eLife assessment模式,尝试对论文评审制度进行改革和创新,如适当提升对有争议论文的宽容度,尝试开展开放同行评议,建立论文实时评价和修改机制,探索基于论文质量的期刊评价体系和构建有学科背景的强大编辑团队。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Effective peer review can accelerate the publication of research achievements, academic exchanges, and scientific dissemination. In order to speed up scientific exchange, the journal publishing circles in China should improve the evaluation system.[Methods] Through literature research, this paper summarized the problems of the peer review system, and analyzed the characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of eLife's latest publishing mode—eLife assessment.[Findings] eLife assessment is a reform of the current paper review system, which captures the major conclusions of the review in a concise manner accessible to a wide audience, restores authors' autonomy, and allows for interactive comments and revisions at any time after the publication.[Conclusions] With reference to eLife assessment, China's journal publishing industry can reform and innovate the paper review system, by thinking twice papers with controversial conclusions of peer review before the rejection, adopting open peer review, establishing a real-time evaluation and revision mechanism for papers, exploring a journal evaluation system based on the quality of papers, and building a strong editing team with discipline background.
