摘要:

目的 认识和把握新形势下我国学术出版体系建设的主要成效、现实挑战和发展机遇。 方法 综合运用文献研究、理论分析等方法,对我国学术出版体系建设的成效、挑战与机遇进行分析。 结果 随着科技实力快速增长和政策支持体系不断完善,我国学术出版体系建设取得明显成效,但也面临着出版体系不够完善、评价体系亟待优化、诚信治理有待加强等现实挑战。在国际科技竞争加剧、开放科学和人工智能技术快速发展的背景下,我国学术出版也迎来了重大发展机遇。 结论 我国学术出版体系建设应在加快构建自主出版体系与评价体系、加强科研诚信治理、推动开放科学发展、回应人工智能技术等方面加大工作力度,持续推进世界一流科技期刊建设,以更好服务科技强国建设。

Abstract:

Purposes To recognize and understand the achievements, challenges and opportunities in the construction of China’s academic publishing system. Methods Through literature review and theoretical analysis, this paper examines the achievements, challenges, and opportunities of China’s academic publishing system. Findings Driven by rapid advancements in national scientific and technological capabilities and an improving policy support system, China’s academic publishing system has achieved remarkable results. However, the field still faces practical challenges in its publishing framework, evaluation mechanisms, and integrity governance. Amid intensifying global scientific competition, the rise of open science, and the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies, China’s academic publishing sector is also presented with new opportunities. Conclusions To better serve the development of science and technology, the construction of China’s academic publishing system should intensify efforts in accelerating the establishment of independent publishing and evaluation systems, strengthening research integrity governance, promoting open science, and adapting to artificial intelligence technologies.
