摘要：

目的 探究影响学术期刊开放同行评议（open peer review， OPR）模式采纳行为的关键因素，提出有效推进我国期刊实践的若干策略。 方法 遵循系统综述的标准和规范，筛选国内外OPR模式采纳行为相关主题文献；借助扎根理论研究范式，发掘各类影响因素。 结果 主客观外部刺激和期刊认知与条件是影响OPR模式采纳行为的关键因素，各要素通过“主客观外部刺激-期刊认知与条件-评议模式选择”的传导路径相互作用，共同影响期刊对OPR模式的采纳决策。 结论 推进学术期刊OPR模式采纳实践需要各方协同发力，通过深化期刊和编辑对OPR模式的理解、完善与细化OPR政策体系、推进“预印本+开放评议”模式、营造良好氛围、加强执行过程管控等方式，帮助期刊形成正向的外部刺激、塑造积极的认知态度、汇聚充足的资源条件，进而推动OPR模式在国内的落地与发展。

Abstract:

Purposes To explore the key factors influencing the adoption behavior of open peer review （OPR） mode in academic journals， and propose several strategies for effectively promoting journal practice in China. Methods Following the standards and norms of systematic review， select relevant thematic literature on OPR mode adoption behavior at home and abroad； Using the grounded theory research paradigm to explore various influencing factors. Findings Objective and subjective external stimuli， as well as journal cognition and conditions， are key factors influencing the adoption behavior of the OPR model. These factors interact through the transmission path of “objective and subjective external stimuli - journal cognition and conditions - peer review mode selection”， jointly influencing journals’ adoption decisions of the OPR model. Conclusions Promoting the adoption of the OPR model in academic journals requires collaborative efforts from all parties. By deepening the understanding of the OPR model by journals and editors， improving and refining the OPR policy system， promoting the “preprint + open review” model， creating a good atmosphere， and strengthening the control of the implementation process， we can help journals form positive external stimuli， shape positive cognitive attitudes， gather sufficient resource conditions， and further promote the landing and development of the OPR model in China.
