摘要：

目的 总结ChinaXiv预印本开放同行评审服务建设及实践经验，为预印本平台与学术期刊协同推进开放同行评审提供参考。 方法 采用网络调研法，系统梳理了国外预印本平台开放同行评审的主要服务模式及国内研究进展。在此基础上，设计并实现ChinaXiv预印本开放同行评审服务功能，结合平台实践数据，深入剖析预印本开放同行评审实践过程中的关键难点，总结对学术期刊构建开放同行评审机制的启示。 结果 在国际上，开放同行评审平台与社区已成为科研成果快速交流与评审的新阵地，但在国内实践落地过程中，仍面临政策环境、参与机制及技术管理等方面的核心挑战。 结论 预印本平台与学术期刊应协同构建共生发展生态，包括实现标准协同与互操作性、功能分化与整合、推动评审与发布解耦、适度开放同行评审报告，以促进“开放对话”理念在学术出版领域的深入应用。

Abstract:

Purposes This study aims to summarize the construction and practical experience of ChinaXiv’s open peer review service for preprints， providing references for collaborative promotion of open peer review between preprint platforms and academic journals. Methods Through systematic online research， this study comprehensively analyzed major service models of open peer review on international preprint platforms and domestic research progress. Based on these findings， the open peer review functionality for ChinaXiv preprints was designed and implemented. By integrating platform practice data， this study conducted in-depth analysis of key challenges in implementing open peer review for preprints and distilled insights for academic journals to construct open peer review mechanisms. Findings Internationally， open peer review platforms and communities have become new arenas for rapid exchange and evaluation of scientific outcomes. However， practical implementation in China still faces core challenges in policy environment， participation mechanisms， and technical management. Conclusions Preprint platforms and academic journals should collaboratively establish a symbiotic development ecosystem， including achieving standard coordination and interoperability， clarifying functional differentiation and integration， promoting decoupling of review and publication processes， and appropriately opening peer review reports， thereby advancing the application of “open dialogue” principles in academic publishing.
