摘要：

【目的】了解目前编辑出版类期刊假冒或论文代发网站情况,并对解决此问题提出建议,以期对作者、期刊和政府相关部门有所帮助。【方法】通过“百度”网站,对国内的11种编辑出版类期刊进行查询。【结果】查询的11种编辑出版类期刊都存在不同程度的期刊假冒或论文代发现象。【结论】期刊假冒网站和论文代发已成为一个严重的社会问题,扰乱了期刊行业的秩序,需要迫切解决。在现阶段建议除了作者警惕、期刊维权和市场自律外,更应由政府相关部门主导解决这个问题。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to know the status quo of the fake web or illegal publishing of journals in the category of redaction and publication,and put forward some suggestions to solve this problem.It is hoped that these suggestions are useful for the authors,the journals and the relevantgovernment departments.[Methods] Webs of eleven editing and publishing journalswere searched through “Baidu”.[Findings] The eleven editing and publishing journals have different degrees of counterfeit webs or illegal publishing.[Conclusions] Fake websites and paper illegal publishing have become a serious social problem,and disturbed the order of the periodical industry seriously.In addition to the author's vigilance,periodical rights and market self-discipline,this problem should be solved dom inantly by the relevant government's departments at this stage.
