【目的】 了解我国SCI收录期刊整体和不同分区被引半衰期的国际对比情况。【方法】 将我国(不含台湾地区)SCI收录期刊与G7国家(美国、英国、法国、德国、意大利、加拿大、日本)和新兴国家代表韩国、印度、俄罗斯SCI收录期刊被引半衰期整体及各分区(Q1~Q4)进行对比,并采用Spearman 对11个国家被引半衰期与其他文献计量学指标进行相关性分析。【结果】 我国SCI收录期刊被引半衰期不管是整体水平还是位居不同分区(Q1~Q4),均低于除韩国外的其他国家。除俄罗斯外,其他10个国家SCI收录期刊的被引半衰期与引用半衰期均具有相关性(均为P<0.05),被引半衰期与其他指标部分有相关性。【结论】 我国SCI收录期刊同仁要正确认识期刊被引半衰期的国际现状,调整下一步工作策略,如将出版语言改为英文、多发表国内外有创新性的论文、加入国内外大型数据库、开发并定向推送数字化产品等,促进我国SCI收录期刊质量不断提高。
[Purposes] This paper aims to learn about the overall level and international ranking of cited half-life for Chinese journals indexed in SCI. [Methods] The cited half-life of journals from China (excluding journals in Taiwan Province) and from G7 countries including United States, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Canada, and Japan, as well as the emerging countries, that is, Korea, India, and Russia and their partitions were compared in SCI database. Correlation analysis was conducted to find the cited half-life and other literature metrology indexes of the journals from 11 countries by Spearman. [Finding] The cited half-life of Chinese journals indexed in SCI at either the overall level or among different partitions (Q1-Q4) is lower than that of other countries in addition to Korea. Besides Russia, the cited half-life and citing half-life of SCI journals from other 10 countries are correlated (all P < 0.05), the cited half-life is correlated with the other indexes. [Conclusions] SCI journals in China should correct the understanding of the international status of the cited half-life, adjust its strategy for the next step, such as changing the publishing language into English, publishing more innovative papers at home and abroad, being included in large databases, and pushing digital products to constantly improve the quality of SCI journals.
