【目的】 总结影响作者投稿的主要因素以及有利于科技期刊发展的重要改进措施,并对二者进行相关性分析。【方法】 在中国知网检索页面,通过关键词检索以及逻辑关系式高级检索,筛选出与研究主题相关的文献,按照一定标准对每条文献内的相关数据进行累积统计,并通过归一化评分方案和SPSS 19.0统计分析软件Pearson相关性分析法进行数据处理。【结果】 共统计了31项影响因素,前5位依次为期刊品牌、主题相关度、影响因子、发表周期和编辑素质。共统计了32项改进措施,前5位依次为提高时效性、设置特色栏目、拓展稿源、组约稿件和建立发挥作用的编委会。影响因素与改进措施呈显著正相关关系。【结论】 科技期刊发展的改进措施与作者投稿影响因素的排名结果比较客观地反映了各统计项的重要程度,可为科技期刊的建设提供参考依据。科技期刊有针对性地改进办刊思路,可吸引作者投稿,防止稿件外流,从而形成正反馈。
[Purposes] This study aims to summarize the main factors influencing the author’s contribution and the important improvement measures in favor of the development of scientific journals, and analyze the correlation. [Methods] In the search page of China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI), through the keywords retrieval and logical relational expressions for advanced retrieval, the literatures related to the research topic were selected, and we made quantitative statistical analysis of relevant contents in each document according to certain criteria. Then the data were processed by the normalized scoring scheme and the Pearson correlation analysis method of SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software. [Findings] A total of 31 influence factors are counted, and the top five factors are journal brand, topic relevancy, impact factor (IF), publishing period, and editor quality. A total of 32 improvement measures are counted, and the top five factors are improving timeliness, setting special columns, expanding sources of manuscripts, soliciting contributions, and establishing a working editorial board. The improvement measures of the development of scientific journals are positively correlated with the influence factors of author’s contribution. [Conclusions] The ranking results of the influence factors of author’s contribution and the improvement measures for the development of scientific journals objectively reflect the importance of each statistical item, which can provide a reference for the construction of scientific journals. The scientific journals target to improve the publication, which can attract authors to submit and prevent the outflow of manuscripts, thus forming a positive feedback.
