摘要：

目的 在国家新型智库建设与自然资源治理现代化双重战略导向下，破解自然资源领域期刊“重学术、轻应用”“重传播、轻转化”的现实难题，明确期刊从传统学术传播平台向专业智库服务载体转型的核心逻辑与可行路径，强化期刊的决策支撑功能。 方法 基于政策文件学习和相关的学术文献研究分析结果，梳理期刊服务智库建设的理论机制；结合实践案例，剖析期刊在内容供给、传播转化、服务能力等方面的现实困境，提出跃迁路径。 结果 期刊向智库服务转型的路径主要包括3个方面：构建“学术-政策”双导向内容体系；搭建多圈层精准传播网络；打造专业化智库服务团队，优化人员结构并提升政策服务能力。 结论 自然资源领域期刊需通过内容、传播、团队的协同革新，强化学术研究与政策实践的深度融合，以更好地服务于我国自然资源治理现代化的战略需求。

Abstract:

Purposes Guided by the dual strategies of national new-type think tank construction and modernization of natural resource governance，we aim to address the practical challenges of journals in the natural resource field that prioritize academia over application and dissemination over transformation.We clarify the core logic and feasible path for journals to transition from traditional academic dissemination platforms to professional think tank service carriers，thereby strengthening their decision-making support function. Methods Based on the study of policy documents and analysis of relevant academic literature，this paper outlines the theoretical mechanism of journal services in support of think tank construction.By combining practical case studies，it analyzes the practical difficulties faced by journals in terms of content supply，dissemination and transformation，and service capabilities，and proposes a transition path. Findings The proposed path for the transformation of journals towards providing decision-making services for think tanks includes：constructing a “academic-policy” dual-oriented content system；establishing a multi-layered precision dissemination network；and building a professional think tank service team，optimizing personnel structure，and enhancing policy service capabilities. Conclusions Journals in the field of natural resources need to strengthen the deep integration of academic research and policy practice through collaborative innovation in content，dissemination，and teamwork，in order to better serve the strategic needs of China's modernization of natural resource governance.
