摘要：

目的 以历史视角分析《中国科技期刊研究》演变过程，为科技期刊探索未来发展方向提供参考。 方法 以《中国科技期刊研究》创刊35年来刊载的学术论文为分析对象，将该刊发展分为4个阶段，遵循“外部画像-内部机理-功能输出”的逻辑，构建了从学术影响力到主题演化分析，再到发挥智库功能的递进式分析框架。 结果 《中国科技期刊研究》载文的基金/项目资助格局展现出多元化演进态势，且受基金/项目资助的论文学术影响力更为突出；《中国科技期刊研究》的作者群体以出版机构中的编辑为主；研究主题以中观层面的研究占绝对主导地位；研究对象（期刊）所属学科领域呈现出交叉融合态势，研究方法从定量主导到多类方法并重；期刊的智库功能逐渐显现，论文中提出的对策建议涵盖了微观的期刊与机构治理、中观的行业发展，以及宏观的国家政策与国际竞争战略5个层面。 结论 科技期刊领域的研究越来越受到国家和出版行业领域的重视，《中国科技期刊研究》的功能从“学术阵地”向“建言献策”深度拓展，通过汇聚前沿成果、提炼期刊发展关键问题，主动为期刊出版政策制定及期刊领域创新发展提供科学依据与战略参考，成为连接学术研究与决策实践的桥梁。

Abstract:

Purposes From a historical perspective， this study analyzes the evolution of the Chinese Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals， and provide reference for exploring future development directions of scientific journals. Methods We examined academic papers published in this journal since its inception. The development of the journal is divided into four stages， following a logic of “external profile-internal mechanisms-functional output”， and constructing a progressive analytical framework from academic influence to thematic evolution analysis， and then to leveraging the function of the think tank. Findings The funding support pattern for papers published in Chinese Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals shows a diversified evolution trend， and the academic influence of papers supported by funding is more prominent. The author group of Chinese Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals is mainly composed of editors from publishing institutions. The research topic is dominated by meso level studies. The research subject （journal） exhibits a trend of cross disciplinary integration， with research methods shifting from quantitative dominance to a focus on multiple types of methods. The think tank function of journals is gradually emerging， and the countermeasures and suggestions proposed in the papers cover five levels： micro level journal and institutional governance， meso level industry development， and macro level national policies and international competitive strategies. Conclusions Research in the field of scientific journals is receiving increasing attention from the country and the publishing industry. The function of the Chinese Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals has deeply expanded from an “academic platform” to a “think tank”. By gathering cutting-edge achievements and extracting key issues for journal development， it actively provides scientific basis and strategic references for journal publishing policy formulation and innovative development in the journal field， becoming a bridge connecting academic research and decision-making practice.
