开放科学背景下青铜OA科技期刊的中国现状、问题与发展方向

摘要:

目的 通过对我国青铜OA科技期刊的现状和问题进行分析,为我国科技期刊深化开放获取与完善出版制度提供参考。 方法 归纳已有研究成果,厘清青铜OA国内外实践的异同;使用描述性统计与交叉比较分析法对CSCD收录期刊进行分析,呈现当前我国科技期刊青铜OA实践的现状与问题,进而提出我国青铜OA的发展方向。 结果 我国的青铜OA期刊在提高学术资源的可获得性、降低科研门槛方面具有显著优势,但在版权归属、共享协议、规范化管理及国际传播力等方面仍存明显不足。 结论 青铜OA应从“数量主导”到“质量引领”的发展转型。建议期刊根据自身特点,加强自建平台的技术与传播,强化版权机制的规范与统性,推进出版费用的透明与合理,逐步向钻石OA、金色OA模式转型。

Abstract:

Purposes This study analyzes the current status and existing challenges of bronze open access (OA) journals in China, with the aim of providing insights for deepening OA practices and improving the publishing system of Chinese scientific journals. Methods By reviewing and synthesizing existing research, the study clarifies similarities and differences between domestic and international bronze OA practices. It further conducts descriptive statistics and cross-comparative analyses on journals indexed in the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD) to reveal the present landscape and key issues of bronze OA implementation in China, and to identify future development directions. Findings Bronze OA journals in China demonstrate clear advantages in enhancing the accessibility of scholarly resources and lowering barriers to scientific research. However, noticeable shortcomings remain in copyright ownership, licensing practices, standardized management, and international visibility. Conclusions Bronze OA in China should shift from quantity-driven expansion to quality-oriented development. It is recommended that journals, based on their own characteristics, enhance the technical capacity and dissemination functions of their self-hosted platforms, strengthen the standardization of copyright management, promote the unified adoption of knowledge-sharing licenses, and improve the transparency and rationality of publication fees, thereby gradually transitioning toward diamond OA and gold OA models.
