摘要：

【目的】 探讨科技期刊高质量发展如何赋能新质生产力,为科技期刊助推新质生产力的形成和发展提供理论支撑与实践指导。【方法】 结合文献调研、归纳总结与逻辑分析等方法,全面探究科技期刊高质量发展赋能新质生产力的内在逻辑、现实困境与实现路径。【结果】 科技期刊高质量发展作为科技期刊发展的高级形态,以实现科技创新、升级产业结构与开发人力资源对接新质生产力的发展需求,有助于加快培育与锻造新质生产力。然而,我国科技期刊面临着办刊模式分散与资源分配不均、论文成果供给率与转化率过低、新型高素质劳动者供给不足与新型业态监管机制建设滞后等一系列现实挑战。【结论】 科技期刊高质量发展作为赋能新质生产力的重要手段,应通过优化发展生态环境、完善期刊管理机制,加强期刊统筹规划、重视学术平台建设,加快期刊产业发展、攻坚关键核心技术,整合新质人才资源、强化科技人才支撑,真正实现科技期刊高质量发展赋能新质生产力的战略构想。

Abstract:

[Purposes] To explore how the high-quality development of scientific journals empowers the new quality productive forces, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for scientific journals to promote the formation and development of new quality productive forces. [Methods] Combined with the methods of literature research, induction and logical analysis, the internal logic, practical dilemma and realization path of the high-quality development of scientific journals are comprehensively explored. [Findings] As the advanced form of the development of scientific journals, the high-quality development of science and technology periodicals plays an important driving role in the cultivation and forging of new quality productive forces by realizing the development needs of scientific and technological innovation, and helps to accelerate the cultivation and forging of new quality productive forces. However, China’s scientific journals are faced with a series of practical challenges, such as the dispersion of publishing mode and uneven resource distribution, the low supply rate and conversion rate of paper results, the insufficient supply of new high-quality workers and the lagging construction of the supervision mechanism of new business forms. [Conclusions] High-quality development of scientific journals is an important means to empower new quality productive forces, should optimize the development policy environment, improve the journal management mechanism, optimize the development of ecological environment, improve the journal management mechanism, strengthen the overall planning, attaches great importance to the academic platform construction, accelerate the journal industry development, crucial key core technology, integrate new quality talent resources, strengthen science and technology personnel support, so as to truly realize the strategic vision of high-quality development of scientific journals to empower new quality productive forces.
