摘要：

【目的】探索医学期刊借助新媒体平台提高临床实践指南（简称“指南”）传播力的新途径。【方法】通过文献检索并结合期刊实践经验，分析我国指南传播现状、传统指南传播策略中存在的问题，明确医学期刊在指南传播中的角色定位，并在《协和医学杂志》日常工作中借助新媒体平台开展探索性实践，展示其提高指南传播力的典型案例及效果。【结果】我国重指南制订而轻指南传播的现象较为普遍，传统指南传播策略具有一定局限性。《协和医学杂志》的实践证明，借助新媒体可弥补传统指南传播策略中的不足，有效提高指南传播力。【结论】医学期刊作为指南发布的重要载体，新媒体时代充分利用新媒体技术及平台优势，可在提高指南传播力中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore new approaches for enhancing the dissemination of clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) through new media platforms. [Methods] Through a literature review and drawing upon editorial experiences, we analyzed the current status of the dissemination of CPGs in China, identified the major issues within traditional dissemination strategies, and recognized the role of medical journals in the dissemination of CPGs. We also conducted innovative approaches using new media platforms in our editorial practice of Medical Journal of Peking Union Medical College Hospital (Med J PUMCH) and presented typical cases and their outcomes to demonstrate the effectiveness of these endeavors in augmenting CPGs dissemination. [Findings] Prioritizing the development of CPGs over their dissemination is prevalent in China, and traditional dissemination strategies of CPGs have some limitations. The daily work at Med J PUMCH exemplify that leveraging new media can address the deficiencies of traditional dissemination strategies of CPGs and enhance the dissemination of CPGs. [Conclusions] In the era of new media, medical journals, as important platforms releasing CPGs, can significantly contribute to improving the dissemination of CPGs by fully utilizing the technological and platform advantages offered by new media.
