高校卓越期刊与“双一流”建设的关联性分析及期刊提升策略

Correlation between university journals in Excellence Action Plan for China STM Journals and double first-class construction and strategies for improving university journals

摘要:

【目的】 对高校主办的入选“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”的期刊(以下简称“卓越期刊”)进行分析,提出我国高校科技期刊的发展建议。【方法】 根据2019和2020年度卓越期刊目录,对照教育部公布的“双一流”建设高校和学科名单,分析高校主办卓越期刊的具体情况,并对“双一流”建设高校及学科与卓越期刊的关联性进行分析。【结果】 高校主办的卓越期刊共计83种,由40所“双一流”建设高校主办的77种期刊和6所非“双一流”高校主办的6种期刊组成;英文期刊占80.7%;专业性期刊占85.5%;74.0%的“双一流”大学主办卓越期刊与本校的一流建设学科关联性强。【结论】 高校科技期刊发展与学科建设存在互为支持、互相成就的关系。高校需要做好期刊发展的顶层设计,依托学科优势和人才资源办刊,寻找优质稿源突破口。建议将高校主办期刊纳入“双一流”建设和学科评估体系,以促进期刊与学科共同发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the journals selected into the Excellence Action Plan for China STM Journals (hereinafter referred to as excellent journals) sponsored by universities and propose suggestions on the development of university scientific journals. [Methods] According to the catalogues of the Excellence Action Plan for China STM Journals in 2019 and 2020 and the list of universities and disciplines for double first-class construction published by the Ministry of Education, we summarized the specific situation of the excellent journals sponsored by universities and analyzed the correlation of universities and disciplines for double first-class construction with excellent journals. [Findings] There were 83 excellent journals sponsored by universities, which were composed of 77 journals sponsored by 40 universities selected for the double first-class construction and 6 journals sponsored by 6 universities unselected. English journals accounted for 80.7% and professional journals took up 85.5%. A total of 74.0% of the excellent journals sponsored by double first-class construction universities had strong correlation with the universities' disciplines included in the double first-class construction. [Conclusions] The development of university scientific journals and discipline construction support and promote each other. Universities should reinforce the top-level design for journal development, run journals on the strength of preponderant disciplines and talents, and seek the breakthrough for quality papers. It is suggested that journals sponsored by universities should be included in the double first-class construction evaluation system, thereby promoting the common development of journals and disciplines.
