摘要：

【目的】基于《中国科学》和《科学通报》(以下简称“两刊”)多年办刊实践,探讨一流科技期刊的建设战略,为一流科技期刊建设提供参考。【方法】以SWOT模型作为分析工具,对我国科技期刊当前面临的外部机遇和挑战、“两刊”内部的优劣势进行全面分析。【结果】“两刊”建设一流科技期刊的发展战略为:先发优势,建设龙头;资源共享,提升影响;媒介融合,加强经营;强化精品,打造特色。【结论】从明确定位、强化与科学家及相关主体的互动、探索办刊经费来源多样化、促进资源共享、探索开放获取办刊模式等方面提出促进我国一流科技期刊建设的建议。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Based on the practice of journal operation of Science China Series and Science Bulletin for many years (hereinafter referred to as "Two Journals"), this paper discusses the strategies of building first-class scientific journals and provides a reference for the construction of first-class scientific journals. [Methods] With the SWOT model as the analytical tool, the paper comprehensively analyzed the external opportunities and challenges currently facing China's scientific journals and the internal advantages and disadvantages of the Two Journals. [Findings] The development strategies of the Two Journals to build first-class scientific journals are as follows: building a leader via first-mover advantage; enhancing influence through resource sharing; strengthening operation via media convergence; and strengthening quality products and creating characteristics. [Conclusions] It is proposed to promote the construction of China's first-class scientific journals from the aspects of further clarifying the positioning of scientific journals, strengthening interactions with scientists and related subjects, exploring diversified funding sources for journals, promoting resource sharing, and exploring the open access model for journals.
