摘要：

【目的】 为了落实培育世界一流科技期刊的精神,从技术层面研究我国培育世界一流科技期刊的策略。【方法】 结合我国科技期刊的现状以及存在的问题,研究利用人工智能技术克服传播障碍、创新内容表达形式和增强服务平台的智能化和交互性的方法。【结果】 利用机器翻译实现双语出版,克服中文科技期刊国际交流的语言障碍;利用虚拟现实立体展示技术,实现内容表达的创新;构建期刊群智能化服务平台,提升平台的智能化水平和交互性。【结论】 将人工智能技术运用于科技期刊的出版,可以有效地扩大中文期刊的传播范围,提高我国科技期刊出版的智能化水平,从而极大提高科技期刊的竞争力,有利于培育出世界一流期刊。

Abstract:

[Purposes] In order to carry out the spirit of cultivating world-class scientific journals, the cultivation strategies are studied from the technical level. [Methods] Based on the current situation and existing problems of Chinese scientific journals, this paper studied the methods of using artificial intelligence technology to overcome communication barriers, innovate content expression forms, and enhance intelligence and interactivity of service platform. [Findings] Using machine translation to realize bilingual publishing can overcome the language barrier of international communication of Chinese scientific journals. The stereoscopic display technology based on virtual reality is used to realize the innovation of content expression. The intelligent service platform is constructed to improve its intelligence and interactivity. [Conclusions] The application of artificial intelligence technology in the publication of scientific journals can effectively expand the dissemination scope of Chinese journals and improve the intelligence level of scientific journals in China, and thus greatly improve the competitiveness of scientific journals, which is conducive to the cultivation of world-class scientific journals.
