摘要：

【目的】探索缩短科技期刊发展缓慢与中国科技迅猛发展之间差距的策略。【方法】结合石油类学术期刊办刊实践和近年研究,对目前中国科技期刊国际化进程中的瓶颈问题进行分析,揭示“文强刊弱”的原因及负面效应,深度挖掘石油科技期刊与石油科技同步发展的应对策略和办刊经验。【结果】中文科技期刊应按照类型特色化发展,并以石油科技期刊为例指出行业权威期刊应以夯实中文办刊为基础,逐步国际化发展。【结论】科技期刊可发挥国内中文办刊优势,激发我国科学家母语创作激情,报道科技创新重大进展,弘扬工匠精神,推进科学编辑培养,把握学术动态,并以中英文双语为起步,推进“四双”办刊模式,与国家科技发展保持同步,提升期刊国际影响力,打造权威学术期刊品牌,助力国家科技创新。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to explore how to shorten the gap between the rapid development of Chinese science and technology and the slow progress of academic journals. [Methods] We analyzed the bottleneck in the process of internationalization of Chinese journals by the practice of petroleum journals and the researches in recent years, revealed the reasons and negative effects of weak journals and strong papers, and deeply dug up the coping strategies and experience in the synchronized development of petroleum journals and petroleum technology. [Findings] Taking the petroleum scientific journals as examples, Chinese scientific journals should develop in accordance with the characteristics of the type, and the authoritative journals in the industry should be based on Chinese language journals and gradually internationalized. [Conclusions] Scientific journals can take the advantages of domestic Chinese development, stimulate the enthusiasm to promote the creation of a scientist in his mother tongue, report the great progress in scientific and technological innovation, carry forward the craftsman spirit, promote the cultivation of scientific editors, grasp the academic dynamic, and take bilingual in Chinese and English as the beginning, promote the four-pairs running mode, and keep pace with the national science and technology development to promote the international influence of journals and build the brand of authoritative scientific journals.
