【目的】 探索利用新媒体技术对科技期刊用户服务方式进行创新,以期为不同类型的用户提供更精准的服务,也为我国科技期刊的用户服务提供参考。【方法】 结合《遥感学报》新媒体运营实践,采用问卷调查、用户访谈、数据分析3种方法,多维度调研用户对新媒体服务的需求,利用多种新媒体手段为学生、青年学者、资深专家等不同用户提供差异化服务。【结果】 通过实践,《遥感学报》的品牌形象更加深入人心,收获了大量新的用户和粉丝,在吸引优质稿源、组织学术活动、扩大期刊影响力等方面均有所提升。【结论】 科技期刊要以用户需求为导向,深入分析不同用户群体的多元化需求,利用多种媒体手段提供差异化服务,加强各媒体平台的互联互动、互促互补,实现新媒体与科技期刊的融合创新,助力一流学术期刊建设。
[Purposes] This paper aims to explore new service modes of scientific journals via new media, with a view to providing more precise services for different users and a reference for the service of Chinese scientific journals. [Methods] With the methods of questionnaire survey, interview, and data analysis, the user's requirements for new media services of National Remote Sensing Bulletin in multiple dimensions were investigated, and targeted services for different users such as students, young scholars, and senior experts were provided with a variety of new media techniques. [Findings] Through practice, National Remote Sensing Bulletin has become more popular, with a large number of new users and followers, and paper quality, academic activities, and journal impact have been improved. [Conclusions] Scientific journals should give priority to user needs to analyze the diversified needs and provide targeted services via various media techniques. Moreover, they should make full use of the new media platforms of other journals in the same field to achieve a win-win result and further boost the development of world-leading academic journals.
