摘要：

【目的】研究开放获取期刊的出版费对作者及其所在机构的影响,进而分析其对学术交流的潜在作用。【方法】收集国内外相关文献,并进行比较研究与分析,调查开放获取期刊的收费标准、收费与期刊质量的关系以及作者支付出版费的方式。【结果】国内外的相关研究表明,开放获取期刊的出版费有不断上涨的趋势;期刊的收费与期刊质量存在一定相关性;作者通过多种途径支付开放获取期刊的出版费。【结论】开放获取期刊的出版费不断上涨,给科研人员、科研机构的经费带来压力,进而影响学术传播与交流。建立一个价格合理的开放获取期刊的出版市场,才能促进学术交流的健康发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] We investigated the influence of the publication fee of OA journals on the authors and their institutions and analyzed its potential effects on the academ ic communications.[Methods] By collecting and comparing the relevant articles,we investigated the publication fee of OA journals,the relationship between price and quality,and sources of funding for the publication fee.[Findings] The results show publication fees of OA journals are increasing;the publication fee is correlation w ith quality to some extent;the author paying the publication fee from multiple sources.[Conclusions] The increasing of the publication fee of OA journals puts pressure on the research fund,and then influences the academ ic communication.A reasonable pricingmechanism should be established on the OA market.
