摘要：

【目的】 探究预印本平台开放评议模式,以及它对预印本的影响,为我国预印本平台与科技期刊发展提供借鉴。 【方法】 采用网络调研法总结预印本平台第三方开放评议的特点,通过数据统计分析开放评议活跃度和被评议预印本的特征。 【结果】 bioRxiv创建了透明评议服务,与学术期刊、同行评议组织的关联日益紧密。预印本平台第三方开放评议可分为两种模式:一种是以平台合作为主导,遵循传统的较为严格、规范的评议模式;另一种是由科学共同体倡导和推动、较为宽松的交流性评议模式。前者更容易得到作者和期刊的信任,后者更充分发挥了科学共同体的力量。 【结论】 开放评议是预印本平台全新的、有意义的探索,标志着预印本平台已经由内容发布平台转变为开放交流平台,加快了学术出版速度,实现了充分的学术交流。我国预印本平台发展之路有待进一步探讨。我国科技期刊可加强与预印本平台的交流合作,建立学术社群开展预印本评议服务。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the open review mode of preprint platform and its impact on preprints, which is expected to provide a reference for the development of preprint platform and scientific journals in China. [Methods] Network research method was used to summarize the characteristics of third-party open review of the preprint platform and data statistics method was employed to analyze the activity of open review and features of reviewed preprints. [Findings] bioRxiv has developed the transparent review service that is increasingly linked to academic journals and peer review organizations. The third-party open review of preprint platform is classified into two modes: conventional strict and standardized review by cooperation with the platform and looser and communicative open review advocated and advanced by scientific community. The former is easy to win the trust of authors and journals, while the latter gives full play to the power of the scientific community. [Conclusions] Open review marks a new and meaningful exploration and reform of preprint platform, indicating the transformation of preprint platform from content publishing to open communication. It has accelerated academic publishing and realized comprehensive academic communication. The development of preprint platforms in China needs further discussion. China's scientific journals need to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with preprint platforms and establish academic communities to carry out preprint review.
