摘要：
【目的】了解我国医药大学学报类期刊开放获取现状,提出我国医药大学学报开放获取的相关措施。【方法】以中国科技核心期刊引证报告（CJCR）中收录的54种期刊为数据来源,详细调查其开放获取情况,分析医药大学学报开放获取存在的问题,并提出建议。【结果】截至2015年8月,54种医药大学学报中共有OA期刊40种,分布在21个地区。40种OA期刊中实时OA所占比例最大。医药大学学报开放获取年代分布在1957年~2015年。【结论】医药大学学报开放获取出版处于初步发展和探索阶段,应充分发掘开放获取的价值,加大技术与经费投入,更大程度上促进学术交流。

Abstract:
[Purposes]This paper aims to understand the open access situation of Chinese medicine university journals and propose relevantmeasures for the open access of the journals.[Methods]Chinese S&T Journal Citation Reports（JCR）with a collection of 54 kinds of journalswere the data source.We analyzed the situation and characteristics of open access.The problems of open access with Chinesemedicine university journals were analyzed.[Findings]By the end of August, 2015, in 54 kinds of Chinesemedicine university journals, there are 40 kinds of OA journals, which are distributed in 21 regions.Real time publishing accounts for the largest proportion.Chinesemedicine university OA journalswere distributed from 1957 to 2015.[Conclusions]Chinesemedicine university journals are still in the preliminary stage of the developmentand exploration of OA.Chinesemedicine university journals should fully explore the value of open access,and increase technologies and fundings to promote academic exchanges to a greater extent.
