摘要:

目的 调研国产科技期刊出版平台在生产、传播、运营全链条中的实践效能,分析其与国际先进平台的差距,提出推动国产自建平台发展和适配中国学术出版需求的优化路径。 方法 采用平台测试法对国产科技期刊出版平台(方正鸿云出版平台、SciEngine平台、仁和XML出版平台、SciOpen平台)进行实践调研,获取数据资料;并运用对比分析法,对比分析方正鸿云、SciEngine、仁和 XML 3大国产全链条平台的优势互补格局,并将 SciOpen 与 IEEE Xplore 进行国际对标分析。 结果 国产平台已实现全流程在线作业、XML 结构化排版、智能服务初步落地等方面取得显著进展,形成 “规范引领-国际联通-普惠适配” 的差异化互补格局,且在开放获取、专业化售后、AIGC 内容识别与风险防控等方面形成本土优势;但国产平台仍存在资源整合与国际化能力相对薄弱、智能技术应用有待提升且功能不均、平台生态与品牌建设滞后、运营服务保障体系有待完善等问题,与国际平台在刊群规模、专业化学术社区等方面差距明显。 结论 国产平台需强化资源整合与国际化传播能力,深化智能技术应用并补齐功能短板,构建特色生态并加强品牌规范建设,优化运营服务并健全可持续保障体系;同时相关部门应加强数据安全、人才队伍建设,并完善政策资金支持体系等,以适配开放获取趋势,推动平台高质量发展。

Abstract:

Purposes To investigate the practical effectiveness of domestic scientific journal publishing platforms in the whole chain of production, communication and operation, analyze the gaps between domestic platforms and international advanced platforms, and propose optimized paths to promote the development of domestic self-built platforms and adapt to the needs of Chinese academic publishing. Methods The platform testing method was adopted to conduct practical research on domestic scientific journal publishing platforms (Founder HyCloud Publishing Platform, SciEngine Platform, Renhe XML Publishing Platform, SciOpen Platform) to obtain data and materials. The comparative analysis method was used to compare and analyze the complementary advantages of three major domestic full-chain platforms: Founder HyCloud, SciEngine and Renhe XML, and an international benchmarking analysis was carried out between SciOpen and IEEE Xplore. Findings Domestic platforms have made remarkable progress in achieving full-process online operations, XML structured typesetting, and the initial implementation of intelligent services, forming a differentiated complementary pattern of "standard-led, international connectivity, inclusive adaptation", and have formed local advantages in open access, professional after-sales service, AIGC content identification and risk prevention and control and other aspects. However, domestic platforms still face issues such as relatively weak resource integration and internationalization capabilities, insufficient and uneven application of intelligent technologies, lagging platform ecology and brand building, as well as an incomplete operation and service support system. Obvious gaps exist between domestic and international platforms in terms of journal cluster scale and professional academic communities. Conclusions Domestic platforms should strengthen resource integration and international communication, deepen the application of intelligent technologies and remedy functional shortcomings, build characteristic ecology and enhance brand and standard construction, optimize operation services and improve a sustainable guarantee system. Meanwhile, efforts should be made to strengthen data security, talent team construction, and policy and financial support to adapt to the trend of open access and promote the high-quality development of platforms.
