摘要：

【目的】 从高校期刊集约化背景出发,探讨集约化出版经营的推进思路与纾解之策,为我国同类高校推进期刊集群化建设提供经验范式与实践参考。【方法】通过文献调研、案例研究和实践总结,全面探究“西交刊群”集约化出版运营的核心思路、现实之困,并针对关键问题提出纾解之策。【结果】“西交刊群”通过运营管理规范化、岗位设置专业化、印刷服务集中化、传播推广多元化等方式实现资源的集中统一管理,有效破解了高校期刊集约化发展中的一系列难点痛点问题,使得“西交刊群”的集约化管理、纵深化发展落到实处。【结论】高校期刊集约化运营是一个涉及创新、创效、创优的多维度系统工程,可从战略、管理、品牌、学术四个层面综合施策,助力高校期刊向集约化、品牌化、多元化方向发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Starting from the background of university journal integration, this study explores the advancement strategies and solutions for integrated publishing operations, aiming to provide experiential models and practical references for similar universities to promote cluster-based journal construction. [Methods] Through literature review, case studies, and practical summaries, this research comprehensively investigates the core ideas of the “ Xi’ an Jiaotong University Journal Cluster” in integrated publishing operations, its current challenges, and proposes solutions for key issues. [Findings] The “ Xi’ an Jiaotong University Journal Cluster ” has achieved centralized and unified management of resources through standardized operation management, professional job positions, centralized printing services, and diversified promotional efforts, effectively addressing various difficulties and pain points in the development of university journal integration. This has solidified the implementation of integrated management and deepened development of the “Xi’ an Jiaotong University Journal Cluster”. [Conclusions] University journal integration is a multidimensional systemic project involving innovation, efficiency enhancement, and quality improvement. It can be approached from four aspects of strategy, management, brand, and academia, to support the development of university journals towards integration, branding, and diversification.
