媒体融合背景下检验医学期刊知识服务实践与发展路径探索——基于对检验医学工作者的调查

摘要:

【目的】 探讨媒体融合背景下检验医学期刊平台最能满足受众知识学习的有效服务模式,以此扩大期刊影响力,增强新媒体竞争力。【方法】 通过问卷调查国内检验医学工作者的专业知识学习习惯;结合调研结果分析检验医学期刊开展知识服务的成功实践案例,探讨目前存在的问题和面临的困境,并对未来的发展路径进行展望。【结果】 打造“传媒+专家”的模式,开发新媒体衍生产品,坚持“内容为王”做好精品,是检验医学期刊提升知识服务能力的有效策略;但在内容融合、精准服务和资源整合等方面还存在不足。【结论】 检验医学期刊应结合自身优势资源,以优质内容贯穿用户专业知识学习过程,以技术和资源优势精准服务用户学习需求,以高效的编辑团队保障知识服务措施落地,构建面向检验医学工作者知识服务数字新生态。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the model of laboratory medicine journal platforms that can effectively serve audience's knowledge learning under the background of media convergence, so as to expand the influence of journals and enhance the competitiveness of new media. [Methods] The habits of laboratory medicine workers for studying professional knowledge in China were investigated by questionnaire. With the survey results, we analyzed the successful cases of knowledge service provided by laboratory medicine journals, discussed the current problems and difficulties, and prospected the future development path. [Findings] Creating a "media+experts" model, developing new media-derived products, and making high-quality products according to the principle of "content is king" are effective strategies for laboratory medicine journals to improve knowledge service. However, the content integration, precise service, and resource integration remain to be improved. [Conclusions] Laboratory medicine journals should give full play to their own advantageous resources and provide high-quality content throughout the users' professional knowledge learning cycle to accurately serve users' learning with technology and resource advantages, ensure the implementation of knowledge service measures with an efficient editorial team, so as to build a new digital ecosystem for providing knowledge service to laboratory medical workers.
