摘要：

【目的】 为充分挖掘科技期刊青年编辑潜力,有效发挥科技期刊资深编辑“传帮带”的作用,使青年编辑快速成长,为科技期刊的可持续发展注入新生力量。【方法】 通过研读相关文献,结合笔者传帮带经历,分析资深编辑优势、当代青年编辑特点及“传帮带”实践中常见问题,对资深编辑传什么、如何帮、怎么带进行归纳总结。【结果】 资深编辑对青年编辑的“传帮带”主要涉及传工匠精神、经验、利器,帮制定培训计划、定位职业发展、做思想工作,带入行、带工作这几方面。【结论】 以老带新,资深编辑“传帮带”青年编辑,在和谐、共进的氛围中有效缩短青年编辑成长周期,增强青年编辑对工作岗位的适应性。

Abstract:

[Purposes] In this study, we aim to fully dig the working potential of young editors of scientific journals, exert the function of senior editors on helping young editors grow up effectively, and inject new force to the sustainable development of scientific journals. [Methods] By reading relevant documents and analyzing personal growth and mentor experience, the advantages of senior editors, the characteristics of young editors, and common problems happening in mentor practice were analyzed, and what to pass on and how to help and lead were summarized. [Findings] The mentoring from senior editors mainly includes spreading artisan spirit, passing on editing experience, sharing useful tools, helping to make training plans, helping to design professional development, helping to guide ideology, leading into the editor role, and promoting work. [Conclusions] The mentoring from senior editors to young editors can greatly shorten the young editor's growth cycle in harmonious atmosphere and help young editors adapt to the editing job.
