摘要：

【目的】 解读新冠肺炎事件中我国科技期刊的抗疫责任、危机应对措施及响应特征,为保障新冠肺炎知识的有效传播,增强科技期刊的突发事件应对能力提供参考。【方法】 通过分析疫情危机中我国科技期刊采取的措施和新冠肺炎文献的刊载数据,研究科技期刊的应急响应机制。【结果】 疫情发生后,科技期刊主要从约稿、审稿和宣传3个方面采取应急响应措施。截至2020年2月27日,共有150种科技期刊以网络首发的形式刊载新冠肺炎文献604篇,涵盖6个研究方向,最高文献下载量达20587次。【结论】 新冠肺炎事件中,我国科技期刊应积极承担起传播相关科学知识的责任,主动作为,发挥出重要的抗疫作用,同时也需要编辑人员进一步加强把关意识,恪守职业道德,提升服务能力。

Abstract:

[Purposes] The responsibility of the fight against the pandemic and the crisis response characteristics of China's scientific journals in the case of COVID-19 are analyzed, so as to provide references for ensuring the effective transmission of COVID-19 knowledges and improving the emergency response ability of scientific journals. [Methods] The measures taken by scientific journals during the epidemic crisis and the published data of COVID-19 literatures were used to study the emergency response mechanism of scientific journals in China. [Findings] After the outbreak of COVID-19, scientific journals adopted emergency response measures from three aspects, including solicit contributions, reviewing manuscripts, and publicity. By February 27, 2020, there had been 604 articles, covering 6 research areas of COVID-19, published on 150 Chinese scientific journals in the form of online priority publication. The highest literature download reached 20587 times. [Conclusions] In the face of unexpected crisis, Chinese scientific journals actively undertake their responsibility for disseminating relevant scientific achievements, and exert important roles in the fight against the pandemic. Meanwhile, it is also necessary for the editors to further sober up their guard awareness, abide by professional ethics, and enhance service ability.
