摘要:
【目的】研究不同类型高校学报功能存在的差异,为不同类型高校学报的发展和改革提供参考。【方法】根据高校的科研规模和在校研究生规模大小,将高校分为研究型大学和教学型大学,并对两类大学所属学报的功能进行剖析,进而提出不同学报的发展路径。【结果】研究型大学学报应依托学校学科优势,或通过重大理论选题,开展交叉学科的研究,充分发挥学报的综合性优势,或通过独立或联合创建专业刊或专题刊,参与整个学术期刊的竞争;教学型大学学报应在立足本校的同时,为更多高校甚至全国高校师生服务,尤其为培育学术新人提供服务。【结论】不同类型高校学报因办刊环境变化及自身办刊条件的不同,功能应有所不同,其发展路径也不同。

Abstract:
[Purposes] The study discusses the different functions about university journals of different types, and provides references for the development and reform of them.[Methods] According to the scale of scientific research and the size of the graduate students in universities,this paper divided universities into research universities and teaching universities.And the functions of journals of these two types of universitieswere analyzed.Then,the development paths and the reform directions of the different journals were proposed.[Findings] Journals of research universities should rely on the advantages of school disciplines, or through themajor theoretical topics, conduct interdisciplinary researches, and give full play to the comprehensive advantages of the journals,or create professional journals or journals independently or jointly,and participate in the competition of the academic journals.Journals of teaching universities should be based on the school, and at the same time, provide services for more colleges and universities and even the national college teachers and students,especially for the cultivation of academ ic new comers.[Conclusions] Due to the changes in the environments and different running conditions, functions of different journals of universities should be different,and their development paths should also be different.
