摘要：

目的 分析Scopus数据库收录中文医学期刊的发展现状与国际影响力，以明晰现状，把握趋势，探析路径，为中文科技期刊的国际化发展提供数据参考及信心支撑。 方法 选取Scopus收录的169种中文医学期刊为研究对象，从运营特征、学科分布、CiteScore分区及百分位数、载文量与被引频次等方面进行描述性统计及趋势分析。再基于布拉德福定律，以“国际他引”为核心指标，辅以篇均国际被引频次（C_avg），划分国际影响力核心组与普通组，对比分析2组办刊特征差异，并结合国际引证分数修正影响因子（ICS）与累计国际他引占比（p）剖析核心组内部结构。 结果 收录期刊出版规范已与国际接轨，学科布局趋于系统化。CiteScore Q4区期刊快速增加、Q3区持续壮大，Q1、Q2区有所突破，百分位数整体呈上升趋势。国际他引分布高度集中，核心组（31种，占18.3%）贡献了87.0%（12万余次）的国际他引频次。与普通组相比，核心组收录更早（中位数1989年）、学术认可度更高，其ICS为0.46［0.35，0.62］，p为39.2%［30.9%，44.2%］，C_avg 为0.62［0.54，0.80］。此外，核心组内部影响力结构存在差异：部分期刊实现学术质量与国际传播的良性互动，多数期刊因学科属性等原因呈现差异化发展。 结论 Scopus收录的中文医学期刊整体呈现积极发展态势，核心组期刊的国际传播效能已初步显现。中文期刊应立足本土特色，坚定学术自信，通过高质量出版与差异化发展，稳步提升国际显示度与影响力。

Abstract:

Purposes To analyze the current development status and international influence of Chinese medical journals indexed in Scopus database to clarify the present situation， grasp trends， explore pathways， and provide data references and confidence support for the internationalization of Chinese scientific journals. Methods A total of 169 Chinese medical journals indexed in Scopus were selected as the research subjects. A descriptive statistics and trend analysis was conducted from the perspectives of operational characteristics， disciplinary distribution， CiteScore quartiles and percentile， publication volume and citation frequency. Based on Bradford’s Law， with “international citations” as the core indicator and supplemented by the average international citation frequency per paper （C_avg）， the journals were classified into the core group and general group. Differences in their editorial characteristics were compared， and the internal structure of the core group was further analyzed by combining the International Citation Score （ICS）and the cumulative proportion of international citations （p）. Findings The included journals have aligned with international publishing standards，forming a more systematic disciplinary layout. The number of journals in the Q4 CiteScore category has grown rapidly， while those in the Q3 category continue to expand. Breakthroughs have been achieved in the Q1 and Q2 categories， with overall percentile rankings showing an upward trend.International citation distribution is highly concentrated， with the core group （31 journals， accounting for 18.3%） contributing 87.0%（more than 120000 citations） of international citations. Compared to the general group， the core group has been included earlier （median year： 1989） and enjoys higher academic recognition than the general group， with ICS of 0.46 ［0.35， 0.62］， p-value 39.2%［30.9%，44.2%］， and C_avg 0.62 ［0.54， 0.80］. Differences exist in the influence structure within the core group， where some journals achieving a positive interaction between academic quality and international dissemination， while others follow differentiated paths due to disciplinary characteristics. Conclusions Chinese medical journals indexed in Scopus as a whole exhibit a positive development trend， with some leading journals （the core group） demonstrating initial international dissemination effectiveness. Chinese journals should leverage their local characteristics， uphold academic confidence， enhance international visibility and influence through high-quality publishing and differentiated development.
