摘要：

【目的】 探讨我国科技期刊吸引重大原创性研究成果优先发表在国内科技期刊的创新实践,梳理成功经验与启示,以提升我国科技期刊的国际影响力。【方法】 以Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics (RAA)为例,选取有代表性的国际天文期刊发文量进行比较,分析RAA成功发表国内重大原创性研究成果的典型案例,探讨RAA在赋予科研人员足够的话语权,发表有国际影响力专刊等方面采取非对称超越的措施。【结果】 研究结果表明,片面追求发文量很难改变天文学头部期刊的垄断出版局面,为提高RAA的国际影响力,必须创新RAA特色。RAA创新实践表明,发表重大原创性研究成果是学术期刊提高国际影响力的重要举措。【结论】 依托国内重大科学设施、设立奖励机制、加强期刊宣传等举措,可以有效吸引重大原创性研究成果在国内期刊发表,提升期刊的国际影响力。未来需进一步优化科研评价体系,加强国际合作,推动我国科技期刊高质量发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper discusses the innovative practice of China’s scientific journals to attract major original research results to be published in domestic scientific journals, and sorts out the successful experience and enlightenment, so as to enhance the international influence of Chinese scientific journals. [Methods] Taking Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics (RAA) as an example, by comparing the number of articles published with representative international astronomical journals, this paper analyzes the typical cases of its successful publication of major original research results in China, and discusses its asymmetric transcends strategy in giving researchers sufficient voice and publishing special journals with international influence. [Findings] It is found that it is difficult to change the monopoly of astronomical journals by one-sided pursuit of the number of publications, and it is necessary to adopt the strategy of asymmetric transcendence, and to publish original research results with international influence as the traction, and establish RAA characteristics. The innovative practice of RAA shows that publishing major original scientific research results is an important measure for academic journals to improve their international influence. [Conclusions] By relying on major domestic scientific facilities, setting up incentive mechanisms, and strengthening journal publicity, we can effectively attract major original research results to be published in domestic journals, so as to enhance the international influence of journals. In the future, it is necessary to further optimize the scientific research evaluation system, strengthen international cooperation, and promote the high-quality development of scientific journals in China.
