摘要:
目的 系统探讨生成式人工智能(AIGC)作为革命性技术对科技期刊产生的深远影响与系统性变革,并基于“技术-功能-模式”框架与AI驱动的知识创新体系新特征,判断其未来发展趋势。 方法 采用“传播技术-期刊功能-商业模式”三维分析框架,结合近年来人工智能驱动的知识创新体系理论展开分析。 结果 人工智能驱动知识创新体系变革,科技期刊功能从“知识认证与传播”向“知识赋能与服务”和“知识发现与创造”演进,倒逼商业模式从“内容售卖”向覆盖科研流程全生命周期的“价值服务”转型。在此过程中,科技期刊的出版形态、嵌入科研的过程及其作为知识基础设施的底座属性均发生根本性变化,技术、功能与模式三者之间形成了一个远比过去更为强劲的“强化循环”系统。 结论 科技期刊从知识传播枢纽走向知识共创平台,为中国科技期刊在智能化浪潮中的战略转型提供具有前瞻性和可操作性的路径参考。

Abstract:
Purposes This study aims to systematically explore the profound impact and systemic changes brought by generative artificial intelligence (AIGC), as a revolutionary communication technology, to the scientific journal dissemination system. Based on the “technology-function-model” framework and the new characteristics of the AI-driven knowledge innovation system, it seeks to predict future development trends. Methods A three-dimensional analytical framework of “communication technology-journal function-business model” was adopted, combined with the theory of AI-driven knowledge innovation systems in recent years. Findings AIGC drives the transformation of the knowledge innovation system, shifting the function of scientific journals from “knowledge certification and dissemination” to “knowledge empowerment and services” and “knowledge discovery and creation”. This, in turn, compels the business model to transition from “content sales” to “value-added services” covering the entire lifecycle of the research process. In this process, the form of knowledge, the embedding of research processes, and the foundational attributes of scientific journals as knowledge infrastructure undergo fundamental changes. Technology, function, and model form a far more robust “self-reinforcing cycle” system than before. Conclusions Scientific journals are evolving from knowledge dissemination hubs into knowledge co-creation platforms, providing forward-looking and actionable strategic pathways for Chinese scientific journals to navigate the wave of intelligent transformation.
